Dictionary email attack issues... maybe?

Subject: Dictionary email attack issues... maybe?

I am getting quite a few of these every day lately from no sender with no
subject. Essentially it just shows as a blank line in my email reader except
for received and account.

I have the default address on my domain set to the proper fail command I was
told to use to prevent this sort of thing but now it
doesn't seem to be working? Any other thoughts or maybe what I am seeing is
a bounce and the fail command is working?
