Dashboard tests failing since 4am this morning.
Cannot get to portal or router. Cannot ssh. Traceroute shows that it's
cycling round a few fasthosts servers (220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168).
The hotel will need to contact their ISP (Fasthosts). Just as I was
about to ring the hotel they rang me! Anyway, they say that their office
internet is ok. I advised them to try repowering the router (just in
case). They don't know who fasthosts are and therefore do not have any
contact details. They'll ring back if the reboot doesn't work. Hopefully
by then I'll have some details on fasthosts for them.
Cannot find a support phone number for fasthosts. They do say that you
need your account number and 4-digit support PIN when you do contact
them. The hotel will need to check their files and find the details.
The router reboot didn't work so they're going to contact their IT
person (David Noble).
