Does adding stuff like <style type="text/css" media="screen">@import
"/
css/basic.css";</style>
or for example for counters stuff like <script src="counterdomain.com/
account/user.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
on all the pages count as content that is duplicated? Even if its a
very small % comparing to the pages in a whole, does it count?
