Hi,

I am an engineer, but not a RF engineer. Below paragraph is about RF topic.
I know a bit of 'dummy load', which is a kind of RF device. My question is
about the last sentence: "all other options are nothing else than a dummy l=
oad."=20
The author means that RF basically needs some high quality cables and a dum=
my
load in most cases? I really don't believe so, as RF has other very useful
devices such as splitter, mixer etc. What do you think about its meaning?

Thanks in advance.
