Hi Flasherly,

You seem to be comfortable buying pc parts from overseas.  When people
talk about buying stuff from China, what site are they using?  I
usually buy from a vendor such as NewEgg or Amazon but recently may
need to look overseas to buy a replacement screen for a Lenovo T450s
Type 20BX001LUS I was given.  Needless to say, I don't have clue where
to start looking.  I hear names like alibaba and aliexpress, but both
of them seem geared to selling to companies, not to an individual who
may only need one item (like me <LOL>).  I've seen several YouTube
videos showing how to go about replacing the screen, but none of them
mentioned where to buy it.  My thoughts turned to China since Lenoovo
is based there and the Lenovo U.S. web site seemed to offer only the
entire monitor, not just the screen only.  Also, how does one pay for
products?  Are U.S. credit cards accepted or shoud one expect to use
say Paypal or other service?

TIA for any help you can give.  I don't remember buying anything from
overseas and am at a loss as to practices and reputable vendors from
whom to buy.

John
