I tried putting this in my httpd.conf as an http method lock down.
<LimitExcept POST GET HEAD>
Deny from all
Instead I got an http server blow up.
The Apache docs state that LimitExcept works in the server config context.
Googling around seems to indicate otherwise.
Does anyone know what the real story is?
