I defined a directory + alias of a NTFS partition within the config file
/etc/apache2/vhosts.d/default_vhost.include.

If I point my browser to that location then all german umlauts are displayed
w/ the wrong character set - eg the string "Köln" is displayed as "Köln/ ".
(BTW there aren't files are in that directory, only subdirectories)

How can I tell apache2 to not deliver the header of the page with "Content-
Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" b/c adding  "AddDefaultCharset UTF-8"
to the appropriate Directory directive in the config file seems not to work.
