It depends on what you want exactly. Let's say that whatever you put in
"c:\myfolder" shows up in http://example.com/

If you want to see "c:\myfolder1" in your current site, you can use the
Alias directive:

    Alias /myfolder1/ c:\myfolder1

Now, http://example.com/myfolder1/ points to c:\myfolder1

If you want to configure an entirely different site, you can create a
virtual host:

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/en/vhosts/
