I've noticed that Apache started moving over to MSI installers
for Microsoft products. Does anyone here know where to get an
compressed file (non-exe, non-msi) for manual installs? And can
I put in a request for binaries that are compressed into a flat
file format that ordinary unarchiving applications may extract?
